Born and raised in Palermo, Italy, Pasquale immigrated to New York at the age of 27 and devoted his life to developing a firm foundation and appreciation of excellence on which future generations could build upon. Now we, his descendents, proudly carry on our family’s tradition as we work together to prepare gourmet cuisine for you, our guests. We use only the finest ingredients and we start fresh every day. No leftover or frozen dough will ever see our ovens. After all, nothing less would do for our friends!
