Born and raised in Palermo, Italy, Pasquale immigrated to New York at the age of 27 and devoted his life to developing a firm foundation and appreciation of excellence on which future generations could build upon. Now we, his descendents, proudly carry on our family’s tradition as we work together to prepare gourmet cuisine for you, our guests.
